What We Look for in a PIC Instructor
At Pilot Instructional Center, our instructors are more than pilots, they are mentors, leaders, and the foundation of our training culture. What makes the PIC experience exceptional is the quality of instruction, the professionalism of our team, and the supportive environment we create together.
We build a team passionate about aviation and committed to student success. The ideal PIC instructor values teaching, mentorship, and safety, understanding that every lesson is an opportunity to build skill and sound decision-making in the next generation of aviators.
All instructors undergo a rigorous standardization process to ensure training meets the highest standards of safety, consistency, and professionalism. Just as importantly, we maintain a culture where students feel supported, respected, and comfortable learning from mistakes.
